Domestic Orders

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post, including Speed Post, as applicable.

Orders are generally dispatched within 0–7 days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, or within the delivery timeline communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, postal services, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Bison is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the courier or postal service in case of a delivery delay.

Delivery Address

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, including their name, address, postal code, and contact number. Bison shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery Updates

Once an order has been dispatched, customers may receive shipping and delivery updates through the contact details provided during checkout, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other applicable communication methods.

Delivery Delays

Bison will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the communicated timeline. However, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, postal delays, weather conditions, natural events, strikes, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
